What's on

News: Since its formation the London Technology Network (LTN) has done excellent work to accelerate knowledge transfer between academia and industry, and enabled access to the expertise housed within universities.

However, in a time of public sector stringency, it has not proved possible to secure its long term financial position. The decision has therefore been taken by the member institutions to seek a voluntary liquidation and bring an ordered end to the organisation.

UCL, King's and Imperial remain committed to working with industry in the development of new research and in the application of that research for economic benefit, through a variety of mechanisms including consultancy, training and technology transfer. Each institution has its own strategy to suit their specific situation and requirements.

Searching the UK research base

LTN has established an active university network providing direct links to more than 7,000 research-active academics in over 40 UK universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College, University College London, King's College, Southampton, and more. This network is particularly suitable for early stage opportunities that are otherwise not yet visible from outside these institutions.

Searching in Europe

LTN is part of a European Commission funded network providing links to European companies and universities in 45 countries.
