LTN supported special intersted groups (SIGs) are focussed on encouraging collaboration, and the transfer of expertise between technology-intensive companies and the academic research base. Networking between academic and company members will be encouraged at regular meetings to help develop a network of experts.
We are currently forming a group for the security sector, and have existing groups for Environmental Technologies, Emerging Medical Technologies and Information and Communication Technologies.
